Senior Product Manager, Day-to-day Banking

At Coast Capital Savings, we're committed to building a better future for our members and our communities. As a Senior Product Manager, Day-to-day Banking, you'll play a key role in shaping our everyday banking products and services to meet the evolving needs of our members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive growth and revenue in our day-to-day banking business.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design and deliver new products and services that meet member needs and exceed expectations.
  • Collaborate with operations and risk partners to ensure regulatory compliance and effective risk management.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in day-to-day banking, chequing, and small business within financial services.
  • Strong understanding of day-to-day banking products (chequing, transaction banking, overdraft, etc.).
  • Advanced ability to identify and bring to ground market trends/innovation, strong relationship-building capabilities.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, including insight development and executive-level performance reporting.
