Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Licensed Optician-Burlington, ON-LensCrafters to join our team in Burlington, ON. This role will involve working closely with customers to deliver high-quality eyewear solutions while maintaining a thorough understanding of prescription lenses and optical dispensing techniques.

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and serve customers with exceptional courtesy and professionalism.
  • Custom-fit glasses and precisely place prescription lenses, ensuring accurate measurements and attention to detail.
  • Utilize advanced optical acumen to resolve complex product needs and prescriptions.
  • Maintain store appearance, adhering to company standards, and ensure a clean, attractive, and organized environment.
  • Prioritize tasks effectively, manage time efficiently, and meet brand Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Requirements:
  • High School graduate or equivalent.
  • State Licensure as a Licensed Optician.
  • Optical dispensing experience, preferably in a retail setting.
  • Strong customer service skills, including effective communication, listening, and teamwork abilities.
  • Basic math skills and awareness of current fashion trends.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS), computers, and calculators.
  • Embracing new technology and change.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous customer service and retail experience.
