We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at RhynoCare in the Burlington area.

Job Summary

This is a dynamic role that requires the ability to provide high-quality nursing care, manage shifts effectively, and collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.

About the Role
  • Deliver comprehensive nursing care to residents, adhering to established policies, physician's orders, and the resident plan of care.
  • Prioritize tasks efficiently, ensuring timely admissions, discharges, and transfers while maintaining a safe environment.
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care to meet the diverse needs of residents, fostering a culture of compassion and respect.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science – Nursing (BScN), Bachelor of Nursing (BN), or equivalent.
  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the College of Nurses.
  • Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Valid First Aid and CPR Certificate.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
