About the Role

The Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer - Maintenance (AME - M) is a key member of our team, responsible for ensuring the airworthiness of our aircraft. This role requires a high level of technical expertise, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine and heavy maintenance on aircraft, including inspections, repairs, and replacements of components.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems to identify failures or potential failures.
  • Ensure all work is completed in accordance with established procedures and specifications.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure smooth workflow and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all relevant regulations and company policies.
Requirements
  • Transport Canada Certified AME - M License required.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the field, with Dash-8 and CRJ experience considered an asset.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to colleagues and management.
