We're seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development and growth of Pine Homes, collaborating closely with our Engineering & Design team to create a comprehensive roadmap. As a key member of our team, you'll drive product vision, strategy, and execution, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.

About The Role
  • You will lead the product roadmap for Pine Homes, prioritizing features, improvements, and technical requirements to meet customer needs and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Work closely with our Engineering team to guide the development process, from concept to launch, ensuring all milestones are met on time.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product strategies, identify customer needs, and differentiate Pine Homes in the Canadian market.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs), regularly assessing product performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Partnerships, Design, and Customer Support, to ensure cohesive product rollouts and alignment on customer needs.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the real estate listing and property search ecosystem, staying informed about industry trends and advancements.
Your Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, such as Computer Science or Engineering, or related experience.
  • 3-5 years of Product Management experience, preferably within real estate, proptech, or a similar digital platform environment.
  • Proven success managing technical products, ideally with experience in data-driven platforms or real estate listing tools.
  • Strong technical acumen with an understanding of product development lifecycles.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on KPIs, metrics, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Passion for delivering high-quality, user-centric products that solve real problems.
Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 CAD, depending on experience and qualifications.
