Job Description

As the Digital Product Lead for Pine Homes, you will be responsible for leading the product vision, strategy, and execution. Your primary focus will be on driving timely delivery and ensuring alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and own the product roadmap for Pine Homes, prioritizing features, improvements, and technical requirements
  • Collaborate closely with the Engineering team to guide the development process, from concept to launch, ensuring all milestones are met on time
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product strategies, identify customer needs, and differentiate Pine Homes in the market
  • Define and track product KPIs, regularly assessing product performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Partnerships, Design, and Customer Support, to ensure cohesive product rollouts and alignment on customer needs.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering) or related experience
  • 3-5 years of Product Management experience, preferably within real estate, proptech, or a similar digital platform environment
  • Proven success managing technical products, ideally with experience in data-driven platforms or real estate listing tools
  • Strong technical acumen with an understanding of product development lifecycles
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
