About Pine Homes, a leading innovation in the Canadian real estate industry, we are seeking a seasoned Lead Product Manager to drive the development and enhancement of our latest product. As a key member of our Engineering & Design team, you will lead the creation and execution of a detailed roadmap for Pine Homes, prioritizing features, improvements, and technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with our Engineering team to guide the development process, from concept to launch, ensuring all milestones are met on time.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product strategies, identify customer needs, and differentiate Pine Homes in the market.
  • Define and track product KPIs, regularly assessing product performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering) or related experience.
  • ~3-5 years of Product Management experience, preferably within real estate, proptech, or a similar digital platform environment.
  • ~ Proven success managing technical products, ideally with experience in data-driven platforms or real estate listing tools.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on KPIs, metrics, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Possession of a strong technical acumen with an understanding of product development lifecycles.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
