Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Lemon Grill. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage, and prepare and submit reports.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Team Management: Supervise and check assembly of trays, supervise and check delivery of food trolleys, and establish work schedules.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service establishment.
- Permanent employment with 40 hours per week.
- Fluency in English.
Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods.
