Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Horton's Windsor. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Supervise and train food service staff to ensure they are meeting our high standards of quality and service.
- Food Preparation: Ensure that food is prepared to our standards, and that all food safety and sanitation procedures are followed.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies and ingredients as needed.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
Our fast-paced environment requires a team player who can work under pressure and maintain a high level of productivity. The successful candidate will be required to work a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
