Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food products.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of food service staff to ensure excellent customer service and food quality.
- Develop and implement effective training programs to ensure staff are knowledgeable about our menu and services.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation in the kitchen and dining areas.
- Manage inventory and supplies to ensure efficient operations and minimize waste.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service and resolve customer complaints.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff to improve performance.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Equivalent experience may be considered.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
Our coffee shop is a fast-paced environment where you will be working with a team to provide excellent customer service and food quality. You will be standing for extended periods and may be required to lift heavy objects.
