Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Beer & Wine Server to join our team at Longo's. As a Beer & Wine Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, serving alcohol in a safe and responsible manner, and ensuring department cleanliness at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our customers
  • Serve alcohol to customers in a safe and responsible manner
  • Take and deliver food orders to tables
  • Accurately process orders and operate the cash register to finalize orders
  • Ensure department cleanliness at all times, including completing opening and closing procedures
  • Answer customer questions
  • Follow Food, Health and Workplace Safety standards

Requirements:

  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ontario Smart Serve Certification
  • Ability to work in a team setting
  • Passion for working in the food industry

Work Environment:

Work is performed in a store retail environment. Must be available to work evenings and weekends.
