Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Beer & Wine Server to join our team at Longo's. As a Beer & Wine Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, serving alcohol in a safe and responsible manner, and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
  • Serve beer and wine to customers in a safe and responsible manner, adhering to all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Take and deliver food orders to tables, ensuring prompt and accurate service.
  • Accurately process orders and operate the cash register to finalize orders.
  • Ensure department cleanliness at all times, including completing opening and closing procedures.
  • Answer customer questions and provide information about our products and services.
  • Follow Food, Health and Workplace Safety standards to ensure a safe and healthy environment for our customers and employees.

Requirements:

  • Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Ontario Smart Serve Certification is required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Enjoys working in a team setting and is able to collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals.
  • Passion for working in the food industry and a commitment to providing excellent service.
