Hotel Operations Manager

Kingsway Inn is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of our hotel, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our staff are well-trained and motivated.
Key Responsibilities:- Recruitment and Staff Management: Recruit, hire, and train staff to ensure that our hotel has the right people in the right roles.
- Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure that staff are meeting their targets and providing excellent service to our guests.
- Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to help staff improve their skills and knowledge.
- Front Desk Duties: Manage the front desk, including checking in and out guests, handling room assignments, and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing plans to attract new guests and increase revenue.
- Customer Service: Ensure that our guests receive exceptional service, responding promptly to any issues or concerns they may have.
- Work Schedules: Establish and manage work schedules to ensure that our hotel is adequately staffed at all times.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Supervision: 1 to 2 people or 3-4 people.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 37.5 hours per week.
