Key Responsibilities
• Analyze reporting to create and implement action plans to improve store performance
• Attract and hire a highly engaged team to ensure the right people are in the right place at the right time
• Partner with the Doctor of Optometry to elevate the customer and patient experience and drive store KPIs
• Take pride in the store and guide the team to execute operational, inventory, and visual tasks flawlessly to ensure the best customer and patient experience
• Manage time under aggressive deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively

Requirements
• High School graduate or equivalent
• 4+ years management/supervisory experience
• Team building and management skills
• Sales skills
• Familiarity with cash register, computers, and calculators
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
