Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Confidential Administrative Assistant to join our team at Health Careers in Sask. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our managers and supervisors, including recruitment, retention, and internal staffing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruitment and retention processes, including posting, advertising, and processing new hires, transfers, and resignations
  • Provide administrative support to managers and supervisors, including data entry, record-keeping, and correspondence
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow

Requirements:

  • At least three (3) years of related experience, preferably in a health care setting
