Sr. Administrative Coordinator, Member Services

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As the Senior Administrative Coordinator, Member Services, you will be responsible for processing new Member applications, supporting and retaining Health Director Members, and coordinating activities related to membership inquiries and engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process new Member applications and support existing Health Director Members
  • Coordinate activities related to membership inquiries and engagement
  • Provide excellent customer service to FNHDA Members
  • Work with BC First Nations communities, Health Directors, and other stakeholders
Requirements
  • Diploma in business/office administration or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Relevant experience in an administrative capacity, including provision of services to senior level staff
  • Experience working with BC First Nations communities and health organizations
  • Knowledge of the health governance landscape in BC
