Job Title: Store Manager - Retail Operations
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Store Manager to lead our retail operations at BC LTD. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our convenience store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of 3-4 people to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Oversee store operations, including inventory management, stock control, and cash handling.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with the management team to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in retail management.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
