BC LTD is seeking a highly skilled Store Manager to join our team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our convenience store, ensuring excellent customer service, and leading a team of 3-4 people.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and manage a team of 3-4 people
- Ensure excellent customer service and a positive shopping experience
- Manage store inventory, stock, and supplies
- Monitor and maintain store appearance and cleanliness
- Handle customer complaints and issues
- Bachelor's degree
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in retail or a related field
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
The Store Manager will work in an urban area, with public transportation available. The work environment is fast-paced, and the ability to work under pressure is essential.
