We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team at BC LTD.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and sales growth.
- Lead and manage a team of 3-4 people, providing guidance and support to achieve business objectives.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales, improve customer engagement, and increase store profitability.
- Collaborate with the retail team to achieve business goals, share best practices, and provide feedback.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in retail management or a related field.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
