Scientist II, Manufacturing Science and Technology Group

Sun Pharma is seeking a highly skilled Scientist II, MSTG to join our team. As a key member of our Manufacturing Science and Technology Group, you will be responsible for performing process development studies, batch and process qualification activities, and preparing technical documentation to support development and validation programs.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and execute DOE's, process optimization studies, and process qualification batches
- Develop documentation packages, including process studies, characterization, process qualification, and cleaning validation
- Provide technical support to Manufacturing and Quality departments
- Participate in cross-functional teams to address specific problems and improve processes
- Champion compliance investigations, commitments, and change controls
- Minimum of six years of experience in solid oral dosage development
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Projects, PowerPoint)
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
Corporate Office Environment located in a Manufacturing/Production and Warehouse Facility
Environmental factors include noise, fumes, odors, gases, and dust
Physical Requirements:- Ability to navigate office and plant floor working environments
- Ability to stand, ambulate, and reach
- Ability to wear personal protective equipment
- Minimum B.S. in relevant science field, Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemical Engineering, or related disciplines
- M.S. preferred
