Scientist II, Manufacturing Science and Technology Group

At Sun Pharma, we are seeking a highly skilled Scientist II to join our Manufacturing Science and Technology Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing process development studies, batch and process qualification activities, and preparing technical documentation to support development and validation programs.
Responsibilities:- Design and execute DOE's, process optimization studies, and process qualification batches.
- Develop documentation packages, including process studies, characterization, process qualification, and cleaning validation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address specific problems and facilitate discussion and research.
- Provide troubleshooting support to manufacturing operations and champion compliance investigations, commitments, and change controls.
- Minimum of six years of experience in solid oral dosage development.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Projects, PowerPoint) and organizational and recordkeeping skills.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills and a self-starter with a hands-on approach.
Corporate Office Environment located in a Manufacturing/Production and Warehouse Facility.
Environmental conditions include noise, fumes, odors, gases, and dust.
Physical Requirements:- Ability to navigate office and plant floor working environments.
- Ability to wear applicable personal protective equipment.
- Minimum B.S. in relevant science field, Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemical Engineering, or related disciplines.
- Intermediate-B1+ level of English language proficiency.
