About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Bilingual Customer Success Manager to join our team at Venngo. In this role, you will focus on building strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for growth.

  • Drive Business Growth: Communicate with clients via email or phone, address customer service issues, analyze performance metrics, and set entrenchment targets.
  • Launch and Nurture Customer Accounts: Work with group sales and other CSMs to onboard new customers, manage daily requests, and meet client retention goals.
  • Contribute to Marketing Efforts: Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, monitor usage and campaign metrics, and provide insightful analysis.
  • Lead Client Satisfaction Initiatives: Cultivate trust with clients, maintain regular communication, and review account performance.
  • Drive Improvements: Conduct research, identify opportunities for cross-sell and upsell, and enhance the partner experience.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: Background in customer success, account management, sales, or marketing, with a focus on balancing multiple deliverables and prioritizing internal and external stakeholders.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office 365, Teams, and ability to learn and use technology.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Outstanding communication skills, adaptability, and ability to build trust and influence decisions.
  • Accountability: Ownership of work, willingness to take on new challenges, and a growth mindset.
  • Flexibility: Ability to travel across Canada up to 20% of the time, work outside of business hours, and adapt to changes.
