Job Description:

As a Multilingual Customer Support Specialist at Camis Inc, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients and employees alike. You will act as the voice of our clients when speaking to the public, ensuring that all interactions are handled in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide support over the telephone, working with customers and customer service agents to gather information and resolve issues.
  • Handle billing and policy inquiries.
  • Offer basic software troubleshooting for customer service agents.
  • Support complex customer complaints while maintaining superior customer service and high performance.
  • Complete special projects as per the requirements of Camis clientele.
  • Handle escalated customer questions and concerns.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Professional oral and written language skills in both French and English.
  • Previous call center or customer care experience.
  • Poise and diplomacy under pressure.
  • Reliability with regards to attendance.
  • Previous experience utilizing online resources.
  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to take initiative.
  • Ability to multitask.

Working Conditions:

The successful candidate will work remotely, with flexible hours. They will be required to work evening and weekend shifts frequently, although shifts may occasionally fall outside these times. The working hours of operation are 7:00 AM - 10:00 PM, seven days a week.
