Job Description

As an Eyewear Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering legendary customer service and perfectly crafted high-quality eyewear that exceeds our customers' expectations. You will be responsible for creating exceptional value in the lives of our customers by:

  • Welcome and set expectations with all customers.
  • Custom fit glasses and precisely place prescriptions in lenses.
  • Act as a leader in optical acumen and take and record measurements accurately.
  • Assist team members with complex product needs and prescriptions.
  • Use technology effectively and maintain exceptional product knowledge.
  • Proactively identify issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Qualifications

  • High School graduate or equivalent.
  • State Licensure.
  • Optical dispensing experience.
  • Strong customer service skills and knowledge of current store merchandise.
  • Awareness of current fashion trends and selling skills.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and computers.
