Record Center Specialist Job Description

**Job Summary**

As a Record Center Specialist at Access Corp, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and processing physical assets stored in our records center. Your responsibilities will include preparing materials, assisting with transportation, processing orders, and investigating discrepancies.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Prepare all materials, tapes, and boxes full of confidential documents for delivery
* Assist Transportation Specialists in loading and unloading company vehicles
* Process all incoming orders using wireless scanning technology
* Investigate and resolve any order discrepancies for incoming or outgoing orders
* Prepare necessary paperwork for daily deliveries

**Requirements**

* At least 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or physical atmosphere
* Physical ability to lift boxes and materials weighing up to 50 pounds regularly throughout the day
* Forklift and/or pick lift certification an asset
* High School Diploma or equivalent required
