About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Visual Interface Specialist to join our team at Electronic Arts. This role will focus on creating high-quality, dynamic motion graphics and user interfaces for our games.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement authentic brand assets, broadcast overlays, and in-game animations that meet partner standards
  • Maintain best practices in code and art development, ensuring seamless integration with our proprietary game engine
  • Create UI animations and effects using our proprietary game engine, optimizing art assets for maximum performance
  • Collaborate with live content and art teams, understanding both artistic needs and technical constraints
  • Develop motion demo designs and integrate them into the game front end and HUD, supporting legacy tech such as Flash-based animations via ActionScript and timeline

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Technical expertise, ability to quickly learn new proprietary production tools and workflows
  • Adept or able to quickly learn Object-Oriented programming languages, scripts (e.g., JavaScript, C++), and familiar with scripting languages like Python
  • Proficiency in Adobe Flash/Animate, Photoshop, and other relevant graphics and animation applications
  • 1+ years of experience creating 3D motion graphics or interfaces with game engines like Unreal
