About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager in Materials Engineering to join our teams in Montreal and Quebec

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in the success of our clients' projects. Your technical expertise will contribute to the design of sustainable and durable structures that meet various standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, both current and potential, to understand their needs.
  • Estimate and prepare service offers that highlight our expertise and the excellence of our solutions.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and coordinate with the project team (field personnel and subcontractors).
  • Implement proposed solutions through quality control of soils, cement concrete, and asphalt concrete, as well as related activities.
  • Monitor construction sites to ensure adherence to procedures and protocols.
  • Ensure compliance with project mandates, including budgets and timelines.
  • Play a central role in project realization by preparing technical reports and opinions, as well as administrative documents.
  • Maintain a keen eye on continuous improvement and propose ideas to advance the organization.

Requirements

  • University degree in a field related to construction, geology, civil engineering, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the position.
  • Member in good standing of the Order of Engineers of Quebec (an asset).
  • Certification in ASP construction.
  • Valid driver's license for travel to client sites.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong interest in teamwork.
  • Good physical abilities.
  • Excellent mastery of French, both in writing and speaking, and good mastery of English for professional conversations.
  • Team spirit and transparency.
  • Rigour, structure, and high autonomy.
  • Attention to health and safety.
