Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Support Professional to join our team at Les Residences Unique Sherbrooke 2023.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is estimated to be between $45,000 and $60,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, employees can expect to receive bonuses and permanent employment with 80 hours bi-weekly.

Responsibilities
  • Provide medical support to residents, including basic cardiac life support and CPR training.
  • Maintain accurate records of resident education and certificates.
  • Conduct criminal record checks and ensure compliance with security protocols.
  • Collaborate with the team to provide excellent oral communication and client-focused care.
Requirements
  • Diploma in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) Certificate and CPR Certification.
  • Criminal record check and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Excellent oral communication and client focus skills.
  • Judgement and patience in high-pressure situations.
Work Environment

This role requires a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, as well as bending, crouching, and kneeling. Employees must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
