We are seeking a highly skilled High-Level IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team at Islington Chrysler Plymouth (1963) Ltd. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our network infrastructure, ensuring seamless connectivity and optimal performance.

About the Role

This is a permanent position with a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.

  • Maintain, troubleshoot, and administer local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), mainframe networks, and computer workstations and peripheral equipment.
  • Evaluate and install computer hardware, networking software, and operating system software.
  • Provide problem-solving services to network users and perform routine network start up and close down and maintain control records.
  • Supervise technical staff and ensure the overall integrity of our network infrastructure.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to effectively collaborate with our team members and stakeholders.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrated experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining complex network infrastructures.
  • Strong knowledge of servers, networks, and operating systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel occasionally.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
