In this position, you will oversee the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring exceptional customer service and high-quality culinary experiences for our guests.

You will be responsible for managing a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance and training to ensure they meet our standards.

Your duties will include supervising meal preparation, estimating ingredient and supply requirements, and maintaining accurate records of stock, sales, and wastage.

You will also be responsible for addressing customer complaints, ensuring quality control standards are met, and preparing reports as needed.

About You

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.

You should possess initiative, flexibility, and a client-focused approach, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional results.

This is a permanent full-time opportunity, requiring a minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities
