We are seeking a highly skilled Hospitality Management Lead to join our team at Manitoba Ltd.

About the Role:

  • This permanent, full-time position offers an attractive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year.
  • The successful candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role and a secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Key Responsibilities:

Jobs and Tasks
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, ensuring efficient inventory management.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns with professionalism and empathy, delivering exceptional service.
  • Supervise and check the assembly of trays, guaranteeing quality and presentation standards.
  • Establish work schedules that optimize productivity and meet business needs.
  • Prepare and submit detailed reports on key performance indicators, highlighting areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of food trolleys, maintaining high-quality service.
Leadership and Supervision
  • Lead and supervise a team of 5-10 staff members, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
Work Conditions and Physical Demands
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Perform a combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the workday.
