In 2011, we were awarded a section of the Toronto-York Spadina Subway extension, the first modern subway infrastructure project in the city. This project was completed in 2018.

We are also excited to announce the Cross Fraser Partnership for the Fraser River Tunnel Project, a significant initiative that will enhance transportation throughout the Greater Vancouver Region.
This role requires an experienced Quality Assurance Manager who can oversee the quality of heavy civil construction projects, particularly those related to rail and transit or transportation and infrastructure projects of similar size, complexity, and contractual value.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and implement the Quality Plan and policies for the project.
- Oversee the organization's Quality performance and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 requirements.
- Serve as a facilitator for Continual Improvement initiatives.
- Manage the organizational knowledge process.
- Ensure proper training and familiarization of project staff and stakeholders with the QMS.
- Prepare and record training related to QMS and support for technical training control and delivery.
- Monitor KPIs and other metrics related to the effective operation of the QMS.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a similar field.
- 7+ years of experience in Quality Management on heavy civil construction projects.
- ISO Lead Auditor certification and experience with ISO 9001 management system required.
The salary range for this position is $140,000-$160,000 CAD per year. The expected benefits package includes competitive compensation, opportunities for career growth and professional development, and a dynamic work environment. This role is based in Vancouver, BC.
