**Job Description Summary**:

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Review documents and records using our electronic quality management system (eQMS) to ensure compliance with industry standards and established procedures
- Support the development, maintenance, and delivery of Quality-oriented training materials and activities for current and incoming STEMCELL employees
- Identify issues in compliance, processes, or gaps, and collaborate with stakeholders to facilitate investigations and identify solutions
- Collaborate with business partners from across STEMCELL, reviewing inquiries and providing guidance to maintain compliance with established procedures
- Represent Quality Assurance in cross-functional project meetings, while prioritizing daily tasks and contributing to projects goals

**Knowledge and Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences with 2-6 years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance in the Pharmaceutical or Biotech industries
- Experience with ISO 13485, ISO 9001, and cGMP standards and familiarity with eQMS are required
- Experience reviewing and managing quality documents, and training non-experts in quality documentation, regulations, and requirements is desired
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and with cross-functional teams, including experience reporting and presenting on project progress and goals
- Excellent prioritization and time management skills with the ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously

The annual base salary for this job ranges from:
$68,595.00 - $92,800.00

STEMCELL determines an individual’s pay within the range based on multiple factors including experience, education, job-related skills, and equity within the team or organization. For jobs that are eligible for sales incentives, the range noted above is inclusive of target incentives; actual incentives are based on individual performance results in accordance with company policy. In addition to base salary, STEMCELL offers a comprehensive total rewards package including health benefits, retirement savings, and more.
