  • Examining and verifying the accuracy of work to maintain quality standards;
  • Identifying training needs for staff and providing guidance and support;
  • Preparing and submitting reports to management;
  • Resolving work problems, providing technical advice, and recommending measures to improve productivity and product quality;
  • Recruiting and hiring staff to meet operational needs;
  • Coordinating, assigning, and reviewing work to ensure efficient use of resources;
  • Working in a temporary capacity with a French language requirement.
