We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Law Clerk to join our Litigation team at Linds & Associates in downtown Toronto.
About the Role:
- Support the litigation team in civil litigation matters, including document preparation, research, and court filings.
- Assist in the management of case files, including organization, maintenance, and retrieval of documents.
- Provide excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with lawyers, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the Rules of Civil Procedure and Ontario law.
- Contribute to the growth and development of the litigation team by suggesting process improvements and best practices.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience as a law clerk in an Ontario law firm, preferably in civil litigation.
- Strong knowledge of the Rules of Civil Procedure and Ontario law.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude, with a keen attention to detail.
