Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to lead our retail banking team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our branches.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of sales and service professionals to achieve sales and service targets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to leverage sales, fulfillment, and referral opportunities.
  • Monitor sales and service performance against plan and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure alignment between stakeholders and maintain a high-touch relationship with key customers and prospects.
  • Resolves customer-related issues using knowledge of bank services, products, and processes.
  • Develop and maintain a network in the community to enhance the Bank's visibility and build a strong referral source for new potential business.
Requirements
  • Typically between 5 - 7 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Previous supervisory or management experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of retail banking products and services.
  • In-depth knowledge of competitive marketplace and trends in product offerings.
  • In-depth knowledge of all branch operational processes and policies.
  • In-depth knowledge of branch technologies, processes, and performance metrics.
  • In-depth knowledge of applicable regulations, audit standards, and related policies, procedures, and directives.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $68,000.00 - $126,000.00, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, tuition reimbursement, accident and life insurance, and retirement savings plans.
