We are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to join our Scarborough office on a full-time basis. As a key member of our marketing team, you will report directly to the VP of Marketing and be responsible for planning, communicating, and executing integrated marketing plans to grow our user base across three core market segments.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills, as well as experience in digital marketing, event management, and online advertising. A track record of delivering results through email marketing, event management, and online advertising, ideally for a software company, is essential. Additionally, experience with Inbound Marketing tools such as HubSpot is a must.

In this role, you will lead, coach, and mentor others while effectively managing all tactical execution of our large trade show events. You will also be responsible for driving the development of cost-effective acquisition strategies and tactics to increase leads and sales pipeline, working with internal contacts to collect content, design, develop, and execute go-to-market programs to drive revenue, and securing ongoing trend and competition analysis.

As a Senior Marketing Manager at ATS Software, you can expect:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in marketing or communication-related fields
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably for a software company
  • Experience with Inbound Marketing tools such as HubSpot
  • Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Strong project management, organizational, and execution skills
  • The ability to lead, coach, and mentor others
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
