Job Title: Tractor Trailer Driver - Long Haul

Eassons Transportation Group is seeking a skilled Tractor Trailer Driver to join our team. As a Long Haul Tractor Trailer Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods and materials across various locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive a tractor trailer to transport goods and materials
  • Operate and maintain the vehicle, including performing pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections
  • Load and unload goods, and oversee the condition of the vehicle
  • Communicate with central dispatch and relay information
  • Record cargo information, hours of service, distance traveled, and fuel consumption
Requirements:
  • Air Brake (Z) Endorsement
  • Defensive Driving Course
  • Driver's License (Class 1 or A)
  • Forklift Operator Certification
  • Professional Driver Improvement Certificate
  • Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Valid passport
  • Basic security clearance
  • Criminal record check
  • Driving record check (abstract)
  • Drug test
