Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Lawlor Enterprises Inc.
Job Summary:The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards, and supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure efficient food preparation and service.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff, including training them in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards and address customer complaints or concerns.
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare budget and cost estimates.
- Establish work schedules and supervise staff in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment.
- Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work under pressure and maintain a client-focused approach.
The Food Service Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with a team of 5-10 people, including food service counter attendants and food preparers.
Language:The primary language of work is English, with the ability to communicate effectively with staff and customers.Work Schedule:
The Food Service Supervisor will work 30 to 40 hours per week, with a permanent employment contract.
