Job Summary:

The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards. This role requires excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, including training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Prepare budget and cost estimates, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns, and establish work schedules.
  • Supervise a team of 5-10 people, including food service counter attendants and food preparers.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment:

The Food Service Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and standing for extended periods. The ideal candidate will be a team player with excellent interpersonal skills and a client-focused approach.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.

This is a permanent position.Hours:

The working hours are 30 to 40 hours per week.
