Claims Analyst I

Epiq Systems, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Claims Analyst I to join our team. As a Claims Analyst I, you will play a critical role in ensuring the satisfaction of our team's goals and priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Claims Handling: You will be responsible for handling a full range of claims and correspondence, ensuring that all claims are processed in a timely and accurate manner.
- Communication: You will communicate immediately with leadership any obstacles to completing work, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and up-to-date.
- Productivity and Accuracy: You will meet and exceed departmental expectations for accuracy and productivity, utilizing documented team processes to ensure compliance with departmental standards.
- Data Entry and Verification: You will perform data entry and verification tasks, ensuring that all data is accurate and up-to-date.
Qualifications:
- Education: You must have a GED or High School Diploma.
- Attention to Detail: You must have excellent attention to detail, with the ability to analyze data and make accurate decisions.
- Physical Demands: You must be able to sit at a computer workstation for long periods of time.
- Analytical Skills: You must have demonstrated skill in analyzing data and making informed decisions.
