Job Summary:

CB Canada is seeking an experienced IT Director to provide strategic leadership and direction to our technology team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for outlining new strategic roadmaps, researching and planning for the implementation of the latest technologies, and maintaining security at the forefront of all initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to the technology team
  • Develop and implement new strategic roadmaps for the organization
  • Research and plan for the implementation of the latest technologies
  • Maintain security at the forefront of all initiatives
  • Lead digital transformations and drive business growth
  • Manage vendor contracts and relationships
  • Develop and implement IT policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in an IT Director role with a proven track record of success
  • Proven experience in supervising technical personnel and business-wide strategic planning and budgetary responsibilities
  • Excellent hands-on experience in leading digital transformations
  • Solid knowledge and experience in application/software development management
  • Strong vendor contract management experience
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Post-secondary degree in Computer Sciences, Business, Software Engineering, or related field
