Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Facilities and Maintenance Department. As Director of Facilities and Maintenance, you will be responsible for ensuring the sound management of our organization's assets, including fleet of vehicles, buildings, equipment, terminals, bus shelters, signage, and grounds.

Your mission will be to strengthen our focus on customer satisfaction, team safety, and process efficiency. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement performance indicators to optimize internal operations and continue to develop processes for operational excellence in a unionized environment.

You will also be a member of our Directors' Committee and participate in Board of Directors' meetings. If you have a university degree in business administration and 15 years of experience in mechanical maintenance department management, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead the Facilities and Maintenance Department to ensure the sound management of our organization's assets.
  2. Develop and implement performance indicators to optimize internal operations.
  3. Continue to develop processes for operational excellence in a unionized environment.
  4. Participate in Directors' Committee and Board of Directors' meetings.

Requirements

  • University degree in business administration.
  • 15 years of experience in mechanical maintenance department management.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a unionized environment.
