The Role

We are seeking an Offer Manager to join our team, responsible for managing the offer portfolio and developing innovations in three main fields:

  • Easy products and services that save clients costs, reduce installation time, and address supply chain pain-points.
  • Advanced solutions that improve operational performance by increasing reliability during installation and monitoring systems that provide insights on asset health.
  • Sustainable solutions that help clients reduce their environmental footprint and achieve sustainability targets.

Key Responsibilities

The Offer Manager will lead the promotion and deployment of differentiating innovations within partner and customer organizations, inspired by a relevant analysis of customer needs and market evolutions. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing a strong understanding of customer and partner way-of-working and pain points through field presence.
  • Collecting, analyzing, and translating customer usages and needs into opportunities for differentiation.
  • Elaborating offer content with sales and operational teams through a Total Cost of Ownership framework.
  • Promoting innovation offer portfolios to customers with clear economical impact/gains.
  • Ensuring project implementation plans are clearly defined and collaborating with operational and business stakeholders.
  • Actively supporting and participating in project implementation.
  • Managing offer portfolios and offer lifecycles from development to launch and scale to retirement.
  • Monitoring and ensuring compliance with pricing strategies.
  • Contributing to animating Nexans innovation community and sharing learnings and best practices.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have experience in project management and implementation, a strong analytical skillset, leadership abilities, problem-solving skills, and excellent proficiency in marketing and communication disciplines. Prior background in digital technologies is a plus.
