The Role

We are seeking an Offer Manager to join our team, responsible for managing the offer portfolio and developing innovations in three main fields: easy products and services, advanced solutions, and sustainable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a strong understanding of customer and partner needs through field presence and in-depth interviews.
  • Collect, analyze, and translate customer needs into opportunities for differentiation.
  • Elaborate offer content with sales and operational teams, focusing on value creation for both customers and Nexans.
  • Promote innovation offer portfolios to customers with clear economical impact.
  • Ensure project implementation plans are clearly defined and support project implementation.
  • Manage offer portfolios and lifecycle, monitor compliance with pricing strategy, and contribute to the innovation community.
  • Provide training to sales and marketing teams on offer content and value propositions.

Requirements

  • Experience in project management and implementation.
  • Interest in cross-functional projects with strong presence on the field and in the plant.
  • Strong analytical skills, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent proficiency in marketing and communication disciplines.
  • Solid electrical engineering skillset.
  • Prior background in digital technologies is a plus.
