Job Title: Dean of Management

The Dean of Management is a key leadership position at LCI Education, responsible for the strategic development and operational management of the Department of Management. This role requires a strong leader who can drive the department's vision, mission, and goals, while ensuring the delivery of high-quality programs and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement the department's strategic plan, aligned with the College's overall strategic plan;
  • Lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of the department's programs and services;
  • Manage the department's budget and resources, ensuring effective use of financial and human resources;
  • Collaborate with the Director of Studies and other stakeholders to ensure the quality and relevance of the department's programs;
  • Recruit, develop, and manage a team of faculty and staff to deliver high-quality programs and services;
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve the department's programs and services;
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and College policies;
  • Participate in the College's governance structure, including the Executive Committee and other relevant committees.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as education or business;
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in higher education;
  • Proven track record of strategic planning, program development, and team management;
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills;
  • Bilingualism (English and French) oral and written;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
