Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Department Manager in directing staff to maintain merchandising, customer service, and operational standards within the lab and photo counter.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.
  • Assist with management duties, including staff supervision, training, and development.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in photography technology and innovations in the industry through independent research, training materials, seminars, and awareness of competitive activity.
  • Collaborate with the Department Manager to achieve sales goals and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Minimum one year of management retail experience, preferably in a photo lab or related field.
  • Extensive knowledge of photography and a commitment to staying current with industry developments.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and provide quality service in a professional, courteous, and helpful manner.

Working Conditions:

This is a Regular Part-Time position, requiring a minimum of 1456 hours per year, up to 40 hours per week. You must be available to work a flexible schedule, Monday through Sunday, for day and evening shifts. From time to time, this position may require transferring to another store or working in other locations, depending on organizational need and career development opportunities.
