Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Boston Pizza. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen and ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply needs to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Monitor and maintain quality control standards for food and service.
  • Manage records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of our culinary genres and menu offerings.
  • Supervise and inspect food delivery to ensure timely and accurate service.
  • Establish and manage work schedules to meet business needs.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods.
Work Environment

Our kitchen is a fast-paced environment with a high volume of orders. You will be required to work under pressure and maintain a high level of productivity while ensuring the quality of our food and service.
