Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Boston Pizza. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen and ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and motivate a team of food service staff to ensure seamless service delivery and high-quality food preparation.
  • Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Accurately estimate ingredient and supply requirements to ensure efficient meal preparation and minimize waste.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet our high standards of quality and consistency.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management on kitchen operations and performance.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
Work Environment:

Our kitchen is a fast-paced environment where you will work under pressure to deliver exceptional results. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work in a noisy environment.
