Delivery Partner

Software International is seeking a seasoned Delivery Partner to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for establishing strong, trusted relationships with clients through your ability to articulate solutions and navigate the intricacies of our diverse offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support and lead billable client activities within your area of practice
  • Participate in related Sector, Solution, or Community activities
  • Accountable for the financial success of engagements directly managed
Requirements:
  • 15 years of experience in project and/or service delivery
  • Ability to team effectively across a large organization
  • Ability to represent a seamless customer solution by integrating multiple service areas
  • Ability to manage and govern large business-to-business multi-year service contracts
  • Ability to become a customer trusted advisor
  • In-depth knowledge of business controls and cost accounting
  • Bilingual French and English
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Six Sigma, PMP, and/or ITIL certifications
  • Successful long-term customer relationship management
